Context sensitive menu in scetch mode

Context sensitive menu in scetch mode

It would be fantastic if right-click would produce a menu that only has relevant commands for sketch mode when in sketch mode. There is an option at the bottom which says: "Sketch" but that only brings up some commands, Finding the Trim, extend or any other sketch only commands is cumbersome.

Side note: It would be nice if the pan and orbit functions were reversed (holding Ctrl-key) in sketch mode, I pan 99% of the time in sketch mode, rotating the model is NOT desirable most of the time.

The current pie menu in Fusion leaves a bit to be desired in terms of efficient work flow.

I recently started working with the pie menus in Blender and they are soo much faster and uncomplicated to work with.

There are only some basic commands for sketching in the pie menu but, for example for the center point rectangle one still has to go back to the normal menu. Same applies for 3-point circles, arcs etc.

Yes it's a bungled up process.

I don't know about anyone else, but I am visually oriented when looking for a command.  It helps to see an icon beside the command name.  Looking for a Polygon in the right click menu brings up what is in the main sketch menu. I have to read 'Rectangle, Circle...Polygon depending where the menu pops up.  When I look for a spline, the symbol drags my eyes to the relevant part of the list.

Please find our updates planned for Nevember around the Customizable Toolbox / S key:

I think that it will help your workflow as it will allow you easy access to sketch specific featueres that you use most frequently.

Thanks

The sketch commands in Right Click > Sketch are often irrelevant. For example, there's a Spline command, which I hardly ever use:

In any case, burying these commands in a sub-menu is is way too fiddly to be useful. I honestly doubt anyone would prefer that sub-menu to either the S toolbox or the toolbar at the top, which is undeniably a much faster workflow---it just takes one swipe of the mouse and a single click.
