Conic Curve Parametric Modeling

I would like to be able to parameterize the rho value of the conic curve.  When used inside a parametric sketch, the conic curve is doing some rather nasty things as other dimensions change.

We need to solve different tasks in modeling, it is obvious that to have control over file because your curvature does not solve the problem mate surfaces!
