Clearance margin parameter for boolean cut

Hello,

The proposition is to add a parameter to the boolean cut feature so you can make a cut using a virtualy bigger tool object.

The goal is to make easier to create clearance gaps for objects designed to fit within each other.

An alternative way to accomplish the desired effect is to use the "Thicken" operation under the "CREATE" menu.  The "Thicken" operation is effectively an offset function for 3D.
