Clearance hole spec changes on head type change

Clearance hole spec changes on head type change

When we want to make a clearance hole, we select a sketch point, and use the options to select standard, fastener type, size, and clearance spec for a specific type of bolt. If we change our minds, and want  to change from a simple hole to a counterbored hole instead, Fusion will reset all four previously selected options! If we then selected all those same things again, but changed our minds again to a countersunk hole we'd once again have to go resetting upto 4 options.

Additionally, if we switch back and forth, it'll reset each and every time!

Strikes me as pretty silly.

Can it please just remember that we already changed these while in this dialog already, and persist between hole types?

Ideally it would also remember and present the last standard as the default even after closing the hole dialog, because it's likely you won't be mixing and matching standards as often as using lots of varieties from the same standard.

Really a subtle, but quite annoying thing.

Please excuse (and educate!) me if i missed some option that allows this.

Thanks!

Peter
