Choose where cached files are stored on PC

Hi, I'm sure this was already requested and I might be missing something. If not I'd really like to see an option in settings to choose the location cached files are saved to. It's a pain to have to fill up my SSD just because I can't change the save location to my HDD. It would also make it significantly easier to locate locally stored files.

There are different levels of complexities here that we're investigating. It seems simple but doing it right has lots of strings attached. We're not sure what the timeframe looks like, so we're changing it to future consideration but are looking into it. We're tracking it and will keep you posted.
