Very common request, and I agree it'd be awesome, but I'd also warn that there is a lot of potential for doing this wrong and generating badly misleading results.
It should only be done if automatic meshing and selection of algorithms and timescales can be done with extreme reliability. Simply throwing it in there and assuming users will know what regime they're in and how to setup a physically realistic simulation will only end up making pretty but grossly physically inaccurate movies
That said - automagic, turnkey, multi-scale, multi-physics modelling would be insanely great and a good way to get users to burn CPU cycles if you can get it right
