BUG with CAM path miss-aligned after moving component, have to save and restart

Seemed like this bug went away for awhile but it's back in full force.

If I decide to use a different tool (.25" to 3mm) which requires adjusting and moving the nested parts after the initial path has been generated, this picture is the result.  The fix is to save and restart Fusion, then open the CAM SETUP editor, hit ok without adjusting anything, re-generate all operations.

How are you laying the parts out, are you using Move or joints? In the model workspace is the a Capture position button on the top toolbar when this happens? Does Compute All in the model workspace help. I've only seen this a couple of times with files uploaded to the forum and was caused by lots of move or capture position features in the timeline, not saying it's not a bug but the correct workflow using joints fixed the problems.

I'm using Move to do the layout.   For the Timeline, it's generally disabled as soon as it begins to impair the processing time, especially when the design is established and modifications are simple.

The Compute All and Capture Position are no longer available once the Timeline is disabled.  Joints I tend to not use unless I'm building something with moving parts, but I should experiment with this more often.  Acrylic sheet is what I work with, so I'll build each component in place when designing an aquarium, then move/copy the pieces over for layout with the router.

In searching for the Compute All function and not finding it in a Timeline disabled environment, it prompted me to play with other features....  I had mixed results with 'Ground', however, 'Activate' component fixed the issue immediately.

Your reply is much appreciated, it got me exploring things a bit more.  While it still may be a bug, which I found a year ago by friction burning my router collet into the spoilboard not realizing the geometry refused to update itself automatically.... 'Activate' is the fix for now.

If you're in direct mode then really it points to a bug rather than workflow. With history I've seen the problem but not easy to reproduce as it only happens after a certain amount of complexity, several components and each one moved more than once. Are you moving bodies or components? I think moving components would be more reliable.

Have you shared any of the problem designs with support, if not then you'd be better off starting a thread in the CAM forum and either share a design there or email to someone from support. Not sure the right people will see your request here.
