Bezier Spline curve tool

Bezier Spline curve tool

Hi folks,

Would it be possible to implement also bezier spline as a curve tools and if possible with:

Vector - linear orientation no curves

Free - handles are free to be set

Mirror/aligned - handles are parallel to each other

Automatic - handle length and rotation are being adjusted by the software

Now the reason I ask for is that after 2 years of working with Fusion 360 as a product designer I simply cannot get comfortable and productive with those splines Fusion (Brute Alias EP curves for me) only offers. For certain tasks they are sufficient and ideal. But I feel overall they are more complicated to work with and sometimes very hard to control when certain shapes are desired.

I do not know if with bezier splines one can offer G1 or G2 alignment/constraint.

I think this together with the much needed and now in Speedform used CV NURBS curve really would help us designers to free us fromt the shackles of engineering tools.

I would take a CV method of spline creation before Bezier Splines - maybe years of avoiding multi-knots has me jaded - but I think CV's and curve degree control would be very useful.

well I brought up the bezier spline because Fusion already has spline with G1 G2 handles and to my understanding the splines in Fusion are knot free so I was told.

But true CV curves would be fantastic.

There is a line command in DesignCAD which I use a lot when drawing aerofoils but I can see no equivalent in fusion 360.
when using that command the first and every second point there after are a fixed point on the line,  and the points set in between give a tangent and weighting for the line between the fixed points. The segment of the line between the fix points on the line are only affected by the weighting of the point either end of that segment. This gives great accuracy to align segments with out the whole line being distorted. see below

See I moved the weighting point bottom left and only the segments either side of the associated fixed point on the line were affected.

Then if I move the
associated point on the line the weighting point still only acts on the segments either side of the point on the line. This means I can edit the line segment by segment with out disturbing the segments I am satisfied with.
Is there any way of editing a line in this manner in Fusion 360?
