Better support for feet/inch dimensioning

I agree with @Anonymous here:

that it would be very nice to be able to dimension things by inputting feet AND inches AND fractional inches, such as 10ft 7-3/4in, and of course have a sketch display it as such. Presently, one has to input measurements in decimal, eg: 10+7/12+3/(4*12).
