I think it would be nice if the browser tree worked as intended. If you could freely move parts and sub-assemblies in the browser tree. On the same topic, i think it would also be helpful if derived components could be moved into a sub-assembly. When i design fixtures used to make multiple parts, I could really benefit from being able to organize the derived components and its relative fixtures together in a sub-assembly.
