Automatically centre view of sketch on edit

Automatically centre view of sketch on edit

In addition to previous implementations (Automatically make sketch visible on edit) (Automatically set view point normal to sketch), I would like my view to automatically centre about any sketch content when I open it for editing.

Currently I can be looking directly at the component I wish to edit, right click and select "Edit Profile Sketch"... then be taken to a totally arbitrary view of the work environment. A view which shows me none of the content I wish to edit, and isn't even near the sketch zone.

This is counter-intuitive and really quite frustrating!
Thanks

This sounds closely related to a post I made on IdeaStation nearly a year ago about defining the orientation of a sketch (+X, +Y, and Origin Point) so that the sketch opened in the proper orientation when one opened it for editing. It garnered quite a lot of support before being unceremoniously archived by Fusion staff for pretty vague reasons. I pinged a couple times about updates but never heard anything back.

There's a lot Fusion 360 could do to improve its sketch functionality.
