After updating Fusion it appears to auto-zoom while rotating. This is an annoyance and removes control from the user. I'm curious why this was implemented or how to stop it.
I'm not seeing that, are you using an ordinary mouse or a trackpad or 3d mouse? I have my mouse set up as solidworks in preferences, rotate is on the middle button, don't know if that makes a difference.
