I guess you uploaded through the Dashboard in your internet browser. If you upload using the data panel in Fusion the files are converted as they upload.
Uploading from the app does solve the problem. However, browser upload is much faster for some reason and also, for consistency purpose, maybe we should have the same fonction at both places.
