Another pearl of Rhinoceros:

Array along curve.

Still now Fusion 360 has only the option to create circular or rectangular patterns, but a interesting tool is the option to create a pattern or repetition of a sketch or object starting from a curve or path. This curve could be on a sketch plane or in a surface.

This can be very useful for modelling and sketching of, for example, organic designs/models.

Under Create pattern there's an option Pattern On Path. It only works on Surfaces, Bodies, Features or Components. This is not available in sketches but sketches become very slow if there's to much detail so you're better off creating the first feature as a sketch\body the making copies as bodies of features anyway.

Now I tried waht you said, and it works, However, I think that a pattern on path into the Sketch process should be avaiable too. Is more intuite and basic. To path and object, in my opiion is more complex than path a sketch. In addition to this, almost every CAD software (Example AutoCad) has this option too, and it only works on sketches, no mater if they are simple or complex sketches.
