Allow cuts and joins on inserted component

Allow cuts and joins on inserted component

Currently, this cannot be done, although there is apparently a workaround by creating a blank component, and copying the body of the inserted component into it.

So its possible, but messy.  Perhaps this could be done automatically under the covers when inserting a component?

To clarify, the original component must stay as is, but it might for e.g. need a hole cut in it when it is used for a a particular purpose.
