I think it would be nice, when you create a pattern item from sketch and check or uncheck the items you want to keep or discard, if after you applied and decided you wanted to keep one you discarded, when you went to edit the pattern, to have the check boxes back for quick enable or dissable.
With the Pattern from the create menu not the one within a sketch you can modify which copies you want when you edit the feature so you'd think both versions would work the same.
Unfortunately this idea did not get the support of the community and as such we will not be pursuing it. Please feel free to rework and resubmit this one down the road. Thanks for taking the time to submit your idea. Due to the low strategic fit, we have decided that we will not be pursuing this one at the given moment.
