Allow and show angular dimensions of 0 and greater than 180

1.) Allow setting an angular dimension of 0 deg:  It just doesn't accept it.  Why not?? My work around is to place the angular dimension of say, 10 deg.  Then create a parameter for that dimension and set it to 0.  The dimension works then correctly, but the dimension is not visible.

2.) Allow setting an angular dimension greater than 180 deg.  As I drag the dimension to greater than 180, it flips to the other side, showing less than 180.  Why??  There are many reasons you would want to dimension something between 180 and 360.  Again, I can work around this by setting it to something arbitrary, less than 180, first.  Then creating a parameter for the dimension and setting it greater than 180.
