Add "Accuracy" option to Combine tool

Add "Accuracy" option to Combine tool

The combine tool lets you select a target body and then multiple tool bodies:

COMBINE op accuracy.jpg

I've recently done some CUT type combines, expecting that the result would be a single body but it actually generated a number of bodies. One of the bodies represented what I was expecting. The remaining bodies barely seemed to even exist. I had to use Show In Window and then zoom, zoom, zoom IN in order to even see them. Each one consisted of just incredibly tiny bits of material. Obviously there were itty-bitty gaps between some of the bodies that I had selected as the cutting tools, or maybe some of the tool bodies themselves had portions of their bodies that were extremely close to other portions of their bodies. And the result was these incredibly small "crumbs", each one being a separate (in my mind, extraneous) Body object.

So, I'm thinking it might be helpful to include some kind of "Accuracy" or "Resolution" (or some better word) on the Combine dialog that lets the user specify a minimum size for Bodies created by the Combine CUT operation. If there were some default like, say, "Not smaller then 0.001 millimeter" then those extraneous, way-too-small to be significant, Bodies just wouldn't have been created.

As it was, I went back and adjusted some things in my design so that those tiny crumb-sized Bodies won't get generated when I do the Combine/CUT.
