Add Preference Pages for Add-In

Hi all.

I'd like to add  Prefernce Pages for Add-In. Then I'd save Add-In settings (like External API Token, User Settings, etc) by Fusion 360 APIs.

Awesome idea! I would add some basic level of encription to the request. Not everyone will read through the source code for the script and there can be some very "interesting" attacks through scripting architecture.
