Add missing turning tool holder styles

Five of the listed ISO standard turning tool holders are missing from the library selection menu, so unless I'm missing something it appears impossible for me to use this tool. I don't see any reason why these commonly used standards do not exist in Fusion.

There is already an idea posted for turning form tools which would also be nice, but in this case I shouldn't even have to define a form tool if that feature was available.

+1 I had to refuse buying new tool that was best suited to do the job becouse fusion could handle the geometry.

There are alo other shortcomings of turning tools like face grooving tools which are typically bent but in fusion they are straight and give collisions on simulations.

Toolholders with round inserts are often offset to allows relief profiling while in fusion its impossible. There is different tab for stright and offset toolholders but it change nothing and looks bugged to me
