Add 3D annotation or keep schetch dimension visible in 3D environment

Adding reference dimension in 3d environment will greatly help project comprehension and reduce the need of 2d drawing.

Now schetch dimensions disappear when you exit from scheth environment.

If you right click a sketch in the browser there's an option to show dimensions, doesn't stick between sessions though.

I"ve started using Power Sketch Tools from the Fusion 360 App store,  For drawings created / not imported.  You can turn on and off sketches and dimensions easily for one or all or part of the component list.  Very handy.
