Accessibility support for the colorblind

~10% of all people are colorblind, yet the icons used in the UI are not conducive to this. Biggest offender is the one most used, visibility lightbulb in the browser tree.   Can you offer settings to pick the colors used for items like this?  I have NO idea the difference between on and off in this context, and it makes it extremely frustrating to use.

I, and 10% of your users, would appreciate this a lot.

Thanks!

I would wonder if there's a common color that could be fine for at least 99% color blind users it could be easier to change one color, until they decide to add a color change.

I have a similar issue with exactly the same area, though I am not colour blind but have macula damage. It would be great to be able to customnize icons.
