Ability to write/.draw/scribble ideas onto "captured images" - in COMMENTS

Most designers already have a wacom tablet, or are running F360 on a cintiq. It would be nice to open the comments area,  take a picture (already a feature), and be able to scribble ideas/notes/doodles onto that picture. 

It would illiminate spending time to find the right words to describe, or convey the message. 

Please let me know if this is already possible.
