3ds Max Pan, Zoom, Orbit shortcuts

Support an option in Preferences > General > Pan, Zoom, Orbit shortcuts drop-down to allow viewport shortcuts that match the 3ds Max default.

Pan: press middle button

Zoom: roll wheel

Orbit: Alt + press middle button (this is currently not available)
