I have a 3D Connexion mouse that I use heavily in Inventor and Fusion. It works great in all Fusion environments except the drawing environment, wherein Fusion does not respond to it at all.
It would be nice to have pan and zoom functionality when working on a drawing.
So should I buy this thing or not? I was looking at the simplest model to sit to the right of my keyboard. If it isn't yet fully supported, is there any point in getting one?
This should be added to the development backlog. It is a huge pain in the butt to have to change your entire method of interacting with Fusion when switching to a drawing view. This shows up twice in the idea station and the requests should be combined so the votes are correctly tallied.
I agree hat its a real pain in the posterior not have connexion3d proper function in the drawing environment. It should be as per inventor or SW. Not sure how to vote on this now it has been archived?
This is a high priority issue for every user who uses a 3D mouse... Then again, "copy drawing with part" is even higher in priority... please please fix these critical. I have moved to Fusion from other CAD systems, and these are the two things I would need fixed ASAP.
