2D Profile (CAM): Finishing Overlap and Tangential Fragment Extension

Hi,

There are two useful features that seem to exist in the 2D Contour CAM but not in the 2D Profile.

1. Finishing Overlap
2. Tangential Fragment Extension

These options seem like a no brainier as the to operations are very similar except that one if for cutting operations. Finishing overlap would be very useful for Plasma as when we are cutting steel close to the upper limit of our cutter is sometime leaves a small divot connecting the profile where the lead-in and lead-out meet. 

Seems like the functionality to do calculate the profile already exists but just isn't included in the 2D Profile CAM operation.
