2d drawings: leader snap to edge only:add more options

Please enable the selection of intersection selection of dimension tools. Filters can be turned on and off in AutoCAD snapping to selected point on a vector. Dimensioning from a edge to an intersection of centre line at an angle with vertical or horizontal is not possible  as the selection is made at the end of the centre line and thus the dimension or hole position is off. Holes at an angle is seen as a oval and centre marking is not possible.
