2D CHAMFER TOOLPATH ON WRONG SIDE OF SELECTED CHAIN

2D CHAMFER TOOLPATH ON WRONG SIDE OF SELECTED CHAIN

I've had this happen twice now, where I have 30-40 similar parts that I copy and paste setups to different models, already have all the heights and settings dialed in, and just run through programming them quickly and efficiently.

Usually this works fine, but the problem is, when I select a chain to run a 2D Chamfer Tool path, many times it runs on the wrong side of edge and needs to be corrected manually by the arrow.

My question is, why not default the tool to cut on the outside of model instead of cutting directly through model?

The part that is most frustrating is that when your trying to run fast programming through many parts, its very difficult to catch this problem because the tool path icon shows no errors, and you cant see the tool-path going through model easily. (Photo attached below)

Is there already an option for this that I missed in my settings, or am I the only one that thinks this tool path should default on outside of chain, or model rather?

Thanks in advance for any and all help.

Same. Component pattern and 2d chamfer.. The chamfer is cutting the wrong side of the edge. Even the simulation shows it doing it. How do you correct it with an arrow?

Press the arrow once to cut one side of chain, press again to machine other side of chain. One of them is what you want. My problem is the logic in Fusion should recognize what side I (probably) want and avoid running through my part if possible.
