2/3 tangent circle to curves rather than just lines

I can fix three curves, drop in a circle, and then add tangent constraints to make a circle tangent to three arbitrary curves.

There is a «three tangent circle» tool.

It'd be great if that tool could do the same without having to go through the extra step.
