I can't find the "Create 3D PCB" in a 3D design!

Hello @apselektronik,

Make sure you are in the modeling environment and look under the create menu. The picture you have shown has it at the bottom of the menu but I figure you got that from somewhere else.

I am having the same problem. I am in the design workspace and click on the create drop down but Create 3D PCB does not show up.

Do I need to enable it somewhere else?

May we know which version of Fusion you are using? 

The latest version is 2.0.8111 that we just released today.

In the 3D design -> new a sketch -> Finish sketch -> Create -> Create 3D PCB is listed in the bottom of the list.

Hello Helen,

I am up to date with Version 2.0.8111.

I have since found that if I create a new design this function appears. However, in the design I want to create a PCB it does not appear. The design was an imported STEP file, but the profile for the PCB was created on a new sketch in Fusion.

Same issue here:

Imported a solidworks project, trying to add a PCB to it, but the option isn't there.

It is available in a "new design". (2.0.8111)

Currently you could right click the main node in the design browser -> click "Capture Design History" -> Then you should get the "Create 3D PCB" for the design now. Hope it helps.

Today Fusion 360 latest version 2.0.8335 is just released, in this new version we have enabled to Create 3D PCB for the non-parametric file directly, no need to capture design history firstly.

Could you please upgrade the Fusion 360 to the latest version to have a try?
