export the brd and sch to pdf

You could type "Print" command in the command line to export sch or brd to PDF format.

how to open that cmd?

and i think that pdf option should be in the export menu

In the schematic and PCB editor, you could see there is command line edit box on the top. 

Just type the "Print" command there and press Enter key.  Then you will get it.
