Hi @wenowotny

A couple of things to try:

1. Toggle Fusion’s connection by going to the job status button in the top right of Fusion 360. Once clicked it will open a tab that has an online/offline button. Turn this off to go offline and then toggle it back on again.

2. Restart Fusion 360. Close the program completely and re-open it.

3. Restart your computer.

4. If none of these work, it could be worth attempting to uninstall and re-install Fusion 360 on your computer.

let me know the progress and if any of the above work!

Hello, if I have already done these steps before, do I have to do them again? I already did it manually the change from offline to online, I also uninstalled the program, restarted the computer and reinstalled the program and the problem persisted.
also restart the internet wifi router.

If you have already tried the steps, I do not see why doing them again would help. This is very interesting. I am interested, if you log out from the top right, does it let you log back in again?

Hi @wenowotny,

Has anything changed with your network settings? Here is a link to an article that goes through connectivity issues.

If none of these suggestions help. Please try to run Fusion 360 from a browser by going to https://fusion.online.autodesk.com and sign in with your Autodesk Education ID (same email that you log into Fusion 360 with).

Keep us posted.

I couldn't configure the proxy server and add the proxy information.

I was able to review the rest and there were no changes in fusion360 so that it is online

Hi @wenowotny

Can you confirm that Fusion 360 is back online for you? If so, what fixed the issue?

Thanks,

-Dan

Hi @wenowotny,

What's your internet speed? Another idea, here is a link to an article about the ports and domains that are required for Fusion 360. Let us know if this solves the connectivity issue.

If this doesn't work, can you try to run Fusion 360 on a different internet? We need to isolate if the issue is with your internet speed or network configuration.

Thanks,

-Dan

internet speed. and the program had already been using it, perfect without problems, so the ram memory and that's fine.

I am not getting the steps to add exceptions in proxy

if you can set up a meet sharing screen or you can use my screen to verify the problem.

we are in contact

I can not use another internet connection at this time, if I try it would be sharing the internet from my company cell phone and verify but surely the connection is slower

Hi @wenowotny

Thanks for checking your internet speed.

Accurate time and date settings are important to connect with Autodesk services. See Time mismatch with Server warning when starting an Autodesk 360 application

Here is another link to an article about offline mode.

In the near future can you try running Fusion from a different internet, I'd like to validate if the issue is your internet settings. Here are two links that walk though steps to add the Fusion data to your internet.

Another option is to look at your anti-virus and firewall programs may prevent normal operation of Fusion 360. See Configuring anti-virus software for use with Fusion 360

Keep us posted.

I tried from the connection of my cell phone of course, and it is still in offline mode, there I leave a capture of the speed of the new Wi-Fi network

I have to see how that is configured because I am not finding the proxy configuration section

Hi @wenowotny

Thanks for checking with your phone's internet. Have you tried clearing your browser cache and anti-virus settings that are documented in this article?
