Hello, I have assembled this frame out of a few parts and you can se lines where they have merged. As I need to make a drawing of this i need them gone. Can you help me?

You have a couple of options here. A fairly automatic way would be to use the combine command to subtract away portions of the overlap that you don't want. Make sure you check the box to keep tools when in the combine command. 

You could also manually draw and extrude the areas away that need to cut.
