Threads in Fusion 360.

I  am having a problem with the thread in fusion 360. Is the thread on fusion 360 just a visual apperance ? When i try and 3D print it, the thread is not there?

When you select the Thread tool  in the Create menu, you need to select the “Modeled” option check box. Fusion doesn’t do this automatically because including modeled threads can drastically slow down processing. But if you want to 3D print, it’s what you need to do.
