scale imported DXF files X and Y axis INDEPENDENTLY

hello,

i imported DXF file to fusion 360 an XY plane is there an option to scale x-axis independent of y axis and vise versa?

i am aware the it will change the proportions

1. Extrude all profiles independently (different heights)

2. scale bodies "non-uniform"

3. Project the new profiles into the sketch.
