Problems with generative design

Hello ,  

I have a education license in Fusion 360 and suddenly this evening , all of the samples in generative design were locked. Then another problem came up. When i was selecting to generate a part i couldn't press generate for some reason. The generative model was ready ( green light ) but it doesn't show me the cloud , required , available and will remain credits.

I would also like to know more about your Educational Subscription.

Which type of Mail ID for Educational Licence you are using for Fuson 360? It's used with your personal Mail ID like Gmail / Yahoo / Microsoft ID or you are using *.edu type mail ID issued by your school/university domain?

Actually autodesk had a data server  issue so it has been solved but thank you a lot for replying to my problem. This community os amazing 🙂
