Point color meanings.

What is the sketch meaning of the different point color.

Black = Sketch point (Got that one)

White ?

Green?

No point? (On some not others)

@kshea9RNL8

Black is a constrained point.

White is an unconstrained point.

Green is the color used for the Fix/Unfix command.

edit*

Pink/Purple is a projected point.

Yellow means there is an error.

here is a graphic that shows the meaning of the point and curve colors in two of the color schemes, from an AU class that @Phil.E and I did in 2017.  Hope it helps.

I have one point that is colored differently that any other in my sketch. What does this color indicate?

That looks like a remanant from the project command.

@kshea9RNL8I do not recall doing a project,  but I will study that command to see if I did it inadvertently and left something behind. This is at a point where two lines had intersected and are now removed (deleted).

Thanks for the doc!

However, I saw something that I couldn't explain with this info: there are 2 different kinds of purple points on the image attached: "full" and "hollow". Do you know what those mean?

@guillaume.clementYBXLC - excellent question, thanks for asking.  The "closed" point indicates a point which is shared by two or more connected lines/curves/arcs, while the "open" representation indicates a point that is just connected to one line/curve/arc:

Thanks Jeff.  Your posts have been incredibly helpful to me as I learn my way around Fusion 360.
