New UI (User interface)

I updated to the latest version 2.0.5511 however my toolbar is still the older version.  It did not update.

Embarrassing as it is to ask, how do I change it to the new UI toolbar?

Click on your name in the upper-right and choose "Preferences".  Then you can enable the UI preview, as shown below.
