Need Help. Trying to move a face but the resolution is too coarse.

I am very new here at Fusion 360, and I am having trouble moving a face on a STEP file. It seems that I can only move the face in increments of 0.1" increments. I did at one point move in 0.05" increments, but I can't seem to get back there. But 0.1" or 0.05" is still too coarse of a movement. I need to move the face with the red arrow pointed at it up 0.005", to widen the slot a small amount. Just can't get there, as the move command only  moves it up 0.1". Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

turn off "Incremental Move" in the grid settings at the bottom of the screen:

or, just type in the distance in the dialog.

Thank you. That resolved my issue. After making changes, I saved as an STL file, and then opened with my slicing program. The slicing program put a 10000X multiplier to it, so it was very large. When I reduced it to just 100%, the object was incredibly small, much smaller than the file should be, and also much smaller than what Fusion 360 showed when editing the objects. I had to scale it up to roughly 2560% to get it fairly close to the size I need.

The problem I'm having now is that scaling is hit or miss to get the dimensions where they need to be. The dimensions of the model, as shown in Fusion would work, but that's not how the file translated when saved as STL. Any idea on why the saved model was reduced to such a small size, or why when opened in the slicer that it was scaled to 10000%?
