How to fix the corners after modeling on a box here

Hey,

This is my fist question here, and in this question I have a problem that got me 3 days without finding a solution.

I model a half-pipe-like on a box like you see in the image below, but the problem is in the corners where they dont get joint togother, I need them to be a one model so the corners got fixed, but couldnt find a way to do that.

The output would be on a cnc and something like this where the corners are perfect, image below:

You would be better off sweeping the desired profile around the path. But you can use the Pipe tool as well I suppose. The important bit is just to do it once, with the full rectangle as the path. If that rectangle path has sharp corners, the sweep (or pipe) will miter.

I wouldn't fix it. I would proper tools to create it. Here is an simplified example how I would do it:
