How to: create a circular spline?

I am new to fusion 360 and am having a very hard time recreating this shape. I highlighted what I'm trying to  create  but I simply don't know how.  Can someone give me some advice?

Try the Coil command. Select Spiral as the type.

Or a 4 point spline with Tangent arc.
