Extrude to object - can't figure out what the object is

I'm editing an extrude feature I created a while ago.  Extrude type is "To Object".  But I can't figure out what the object is that I originally extruded to.  Attached is screenshot and F3D file.  In the file I rolled the timeline back to the feature in question.  Is there a way to figure this out?

If you expand the component and sketch folder then edit the extrude the features used are highlighted.

Unfortunately Fusion doesn't highlight what's used as you expand the component so you need to either expand all folders first or close the extrude and reopen to get the next level.

So when you edit the extrude any components use gets the hatching under their name, in this case only one component.

When you expand the component you need to cancel the edit the re-edit, to see what's used.

And repeat for the sketch folder.

Then if you hold the Ctrl key down it is a bit more obvious what's selected.
