Dynamic copy-pasted sketch workflow

The following workflow would speed things up when faced with an array of components, and a few need to be different:

1) A principal sketch which can be modified anytime

2) That sketch is pasted in several component designs.

3) Changes in that sketch propagate in the other dependent designs.

We can obviously do this with associated components, but how about with sketches?

The classic case is an airfoil rib constructed wing, with a region of complete wing, and an aileron section.

Is this possible presently?

What you have defined can easily be accomplish now with Fusion 360.  As you watch the Screencast, keep in mind you have a lot of options.  You can use any part of the Master Sketch in each component, ignoring some sketches using others.  You can use individual sketches for the Master Sketch in new components or ignore them.  You can use or ignore Parameters from the Master Sketch.  The variations go on and on.

I apologize that the Screencast is rather long but I wanted to be sure you were understanding all the possibilities.  In fact as I ended, I began to think of a lot others.

That is a very complete explanation of the workflow JHackney. Thanks!
