Creating a sections within a sketch to delete

Hello all

I'm having trouble deleting sections of my stator. I would like to delete the lines in between the poles so I can define the poles. Please help.

Hi,

although you can delete the lines in sketch mode there is no need doing it.

no need to delete

Just extrude the profiles you need.

As guenther.andresen says the trimming is not necessary to pick out the areas for extrusion.
However, I did find with the previous version to 2.0.7830 that I could not easily pick the sections.

Today with this version all feels good.
