Creating a 3MT Taper

I am wondering how to taper this hole? The sketch I have specifies a 3 Morse Taper.

Here's one way to do it:

Another way to do it, but can't beat the number of steps shown in @etfrench version and without exact measurement because I was lazy 😉

Thank you! I am not sure why I was having a hard time with that one. I like the triick of projecting the whole thing. I did not know about that.
