Control point spline constraints problem

Hi~
Please look at the sketch image below.
Control point spline has all appropriate constraints and black construction line.

But Spline itself still blue line.
Did I miss anything?

I got it to go fully constrained by Fixing the two diagonal CP lines. But that shouldn't be necessary in this case. They should be fully defined without having to do that.

Odd thing is dimensioning one of the control point spline construction lines makes it fully constrained as well. There have been a few posts related to fully constraining control point splines, think they need a bit more work.
