Circular Pattern a 3d sketch

Hi,

I'm trying to Circular pattern 3d curves to create a lattice. Ultimately I would like to pipe all the curves in Sculpt space to produce a welded tspline lattice. But I can't get these curves to pattern.  Any suggestions or a different technique I should be considering?

How about doing the pipes in the Sculpt workspace first, then patterning those?

Yup I've tried that but when I duplicate the tsplines they don't weld together.  If I pipe all the curves at the same time they weld creating a continuity of surface I am looking for.

Yes, for a single instance that'll work. However, I would not expect for that to work on all these patterned instances as id much more complicated.

This sort of thing I'd probably try with the Array modifier in Blender and some manual prior work.
