Adding coordinate system in the Drawing

Hello there,

I am making a drawing of my design and would like to add the coordinate system. (the drawing is of a bike frame for my dissertation). I want the coordinate system there to allow for referencing in the document. I can't seem to find such an option. What I am able to do is insert a picture of a random coordinate system from the internet, the only problem there is they don't align and it looks (stupid to say the least) unprofessional.

Thanks for the idea. 

This does solve one problem. The alignment of the body and the coordinate system.

But unfortunately, it creates some more problems.

The axis are not named which kind of defeats the purpose.

Also, no I cannot name specific points, on the frame. As can be seen in the picture above (since its a picture inserted into the drawing).

axis naming and insertion of text leader or symbols can be done manually, if you want.

Thank you for your help, but if I post a picture into the CAD Drawing I cannot annotate it. 
My question is if it is possible to insert the coordinate system into the CAD Drawing.
