4 axis surface milling

We would like to mill this from 2.5 " aluminum round stock.  Is there a way to generate the G-code to mill a side and rotate it to the next side.

First of all, this question really belongs in the CAM subforum: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/computer-aided-machining-cam/bd-p/2070

Second, yes, certainly possible. You will need to use Tool Orientation, although that is available only in Fusion 36 Ultimate.

Thank you for helping me stamp out some ignorance.  My confusion is How to set up the 4th axis in the software and /or the tool path.  I saw a post that said to go to preferences and in the preview to select a box to enable the 4th axis. I don't see anything like that.  Is there an A axis for the centerline of the indexer?

Tool Orientation is out of preview entirely now.

You simply need to enable it in the Geometry tab of the toolpath dialogue:

Tool Orientation.JPG

In this screenshot I have selected the large face for Z, and the edge close to the "camera" as X. In using a rotary axis in Fusion though you'll want to set the axis of rotation as your Z zero point.

I've attached the file if you wish to take a look. Open it by going to File -> New Design from File and browsing to the download location.
