How to access Scripts and Add-ins in Fusion 360 in 2022

 Screen shot below ! First go to preferences , API, checkbox developer check-box. 

Hit Shift-S to bring up the mysteriously hidden, cannot find any place all so none-existent scripts and add-ins menu !

I had allot of problems locating this feature as old videos showing how to access the scripts and addin's were from 2015 , and the feature didn't seem to exist on the UI on my Student Version of F360.  So I hope this post helps others.

I assume you're talking about the change made when Fusion changed the UI to have tabs. The "Scripts and Add-Ins" command was moved then and can be seen in the first image in this help topic.
